International Mr. Rubber 2026

What it is

MIR International Rubber Weekend is a long-running Chicago rubber and fetish weekend, now in its thirtieth edition as MIRXXX. The organisers describe their aim as "developing vibrant communities and progressive leaders within the global rubber and fetish scene through advocacy, education, art, and competition".

The contest

From 2024 the contest became inclusive of all gender identities. Alongside the existing Mr. International Rubber title it now awards Ms. International Rubber, Mx. International Rubber and the MIR International Rubber Ambassador, and the weekend was renamed from Mr. International Rubber to simply MIR.

Alongside the contest

MIRXXX carries an art exhibition, "Second Skin", a vendor market and a weekend programme of events, with a hotel block at the host hotel.

Why it is listed here

MIR has become notably cross-kink in recent years and carries ABDL-related sponsors among its vendors, which is why it sits on an ABDL calendar at all.
